Returning to Dias after 5 years felt like coming home. The owner remembered us, and the warm service made our two-night stay truly enjoyable. The standard room was clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly large pool area that was always well-maintained. Breakfast had a remarkably improved selection compared to our last visit, including fresh pastries. A minor issue arose with the air conditioning not working initially, but it was promptly addressed with a room change. The kitchenette only had basic amenities, which made cooking a bit challenging. The nearby beach was a short 5-minute walk, and the shuttle service to the airport was hassle-free. One downside was the breakfast. while it was a step up, a greater variety of fruits would enhance the experience. a gem in Faliraki for budget-conscious travelers. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return.

Had a great time at Dias Studios! The pool area is fantastic with plenty of loungers, and the location is perfect for a 10-minute stroll to the beach. Only downside was the kitchen setup. it could use better equipment for cooking. Would definitely return!

we loved the bright and clean room with a lovely terrace and pool. It was super close to the beach, making it a great spot for exploring nearby parks and landmarks like Anthony Quinn Bay and Kallithea Springs.

Loved the pool and grounds—so fab! Sun loungers aplenty, and those sweet little pergodas are a lovely touch. daily fresh towels and clean rooms made it feel like a mini paradise!

Wished the oats were next to the cereals, not buried with the dried fruit—such a cereal crime! And don't get me started on the air con drama, talk about a twist!

The kids had a blast enjoying the pool and playing mini football nearby. We stayed with our son's family, and the large rooms worked perfectly for us all. Breakfast was pretty good, with plenty of options for everyone to enjoy.

My wife says that better kitchen equipment would make cooking easier.

stayed for 5 nights and it was super clean, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. my daughter felt right at home and even got free ice cream! the rooms were cleaned daily and had comfy beds with lovely views of the pool. everything was well managed and perfect for a family trip. we'd def come back again!

the kitchen could use better equipment for cooking, and there was no elevator, which made it a bit inconvenient with small kids.

This was just a suitable option for a short stayover in Faliraki with outstanding value. We enjoyed the lovely beach bar at the marina that we found right around the corner late on our last day. Be sure to grab beach towels from the hotel daily to avoid bringing your own.

The brekkie was lekker with a nice selection, loved the daily clean towels and a comfy room that overlooked the refreshing pool. The staff were so friendly, always keen to help. And we were just a short stroll from the bustling main street!

The shower cubicle was a bit snug, but nothing to really moan about.

Superb pool facilities and a very clean room! The aircon worked perfectly, and having a fridge was a nice bonus.
